Grandmother, granddaughter killed in double homicide on Hilton Avenue in Columbus

A grandmother and her granddaughter are both dead after being allegedly shot Monday afternoon in Columbus,Ga.

Police are investigating the double homicide at 2617 Hilton Avenue where 64-year-old Ursula Dietz and 19-month-old Elenor Dietz were found allegedly shot. They were both pronounced deceased on scene at around 2:10 P.M., Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan said.
