Jarvis "Scottie" Lykes, a 35 year old, was killed by Georgia State Trooper Michael Nolen, on the night of December 29, 2017, in Columbus, Georgia, while on his way to work.  His mother Kathy Lykes demand that Jarvis case be reopened, and properly represented by the new DA. All Mrs. Kathy wants is relief, closure, and Justice. Watch Part two now.
