Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan confirmed Quincy Atkins, 20, had multiple gunshot wounds. Bryan says the victim was shot while operating his vehicle. The victim crashed into a fence on Cusseta Road. This is a developing story.

There was a time when people looked at themselves in saw a image that represent another image. As time progresses are images has been re-define we’re it’s based off others and limits the individual image of people.
